That’s right. No more lengthy calculations, no more surprises. Fixed Fares is here to save you time, and to improve your experience with Pathao.
We understand that these discrepancies may have been previously a cause for concern to users from time to time. We have taken this step to eliminate that, and also to make our pricing convenient for both users and riders
Fixed Fares will be available for both Pathao Bikes and Pathao Cars.
How to Access Fixed Fares:
You can see the Fixed Fare for your journey by simply entering your pick up and drop off location on the app. You will then see a quoted fare (you will also be able to see the breakdown) before you can send a ride request.
Please note: This fare is not the same as the ‘estimate fare’ which is subject to change over various factors such as traffic, distance (e.g: change of destination), time.
